Política de reembolso

We have a 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, which means you are able to request a return within 30 days from receiving your order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if the item you received is not the one you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time during which we can modify or cancel your order. 

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at HELLO@CASESPOT.SHOP or via the contact form and include your order number and change/cancellation request.

EXCHANGES

The safest and fastest way to ensure you get the wanted item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with any discount you receive.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and issued a refund which you haven't received, please contact us at [INSERT E-MAIL] or via the contact form.

If an item is not received within 45 days from date of order or item is damaged expect a full refund or another shipment, per your choice. 

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
